Dual frontage heritage listed property renovation and extension
This traditional style, dual street frontage house was in need of a modern makeover. We were guided by a strict council character overlay to the front of the house, which presented a challenge for us to maintain the existing façade whilst converting the interior into the modern design statement it is today.
