Bearsden Ave Newmarket

Growing up in this house and then later inheriting it, this client wanted to turn it into their new home with major renovations completed. This was a design and construct project that saw multiple changes during the course of the works. The existing dwelling was raised, repositioned, built in under and joined to the existing rear dwelling to create a nearly 500m2 house perched high on the hill in Newmarket with 270 degree views of the city and surrounds. The traditional feel of the property was maintained throughout the project as a legacy to the family history.
